Shipping Policy
Orders placed with KMK Pinoy Oriental are processed within 1 to 4 working days after payment has been received, depending on the selected delivery option. Any orders placed after 11am will be processed on the next working day. Orders made on Fridays that require overnight shipping will be dispatched on the following Monday. Deliveries are only available within the UK, and international shipping is not offered at this time. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure all details are accurate. Once the courier marks the delivery as complete, the order is considered delivered. KMK Pinoy Oriental is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods left outside or in a designated safe place after delivery. Please note that no changes can be made to your order once it has been placed and processed for dispatch.
Return & Exchange Policy
For general returns or exchanges, requests must be submitted within 10 working days of the invoice date and must be authorised by KMK Pinoy Oriental. Customers are responsible for return delivery charges unless otherwise stated, and returns may be refused if deemed unreasonable or unethical. Any inquiries should be directed to kmkpinoystore@outlook.com. For electrical appliances, faulty items may be replaced within 14 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, includes all accessories, and is accompanied by proof of purchase. Only replacements are offered for faulty appliances—no refunds are provided. Return shipping and processing fees are the customer’s responsibility. Most electrical items come with a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects, valid only in the UK and non-transferable. Warranty claims are excluded in cases of misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs, power surges, or natural disasters. Customers are expected to follow all user instructions and retain their receipt and warranty card for any claims.
