Super Q’s Special Pansit Canton is a Filipino brand of deep-fried wheat-based noodles that have a puffed-up appearance and texture. Pansit or Pancit Canton noodles are a type of Lo Mein, or tossed noodles, used in a Filipino adaptation of traditional Chinese noodle dishes. Pansit Canton noodles are typically fried with shrimp, cured sausage, and a variety of vegetables before being finished with Calamansi fruit, a type of citrus fruit cultivated in the Philippines. These noodles have a chewy texture and plenty of flavour.
