Sukiyaki is originally a Japanese hot pot made with beef, noodles and vegetables. The Thai version of this dish is usually prepared with shrimp, fish balls, dim sum with shrimp stuffing, and vegetables. The subtle spicy Lobo Sukiyaki Sauce can be added directly to the broth or served as a dip in bowls. This way, the thai suki ingredients can be separately dipped in the sauce.
