Brewed with rice using traditional solid fermentation techniques, Lee Kum Kee rice vinegar has a distinctive lustrous amber colour, aromatic rice fragrance and well balanced flavour.

The sourness is soft and long lasting. It is great for preparing Cantonese BBQ such as roast duck and crispy pork. Also ideal for pickling, sauces and seasoning.
