Hopia is a relatively cheap Chinese-Filipino pastry traditionally filled with either mung beans (Hopia Mongo) or wintermelon (cooked in pork fat more commonly knowned as Hopia Baboy). This one combines Purple Yam (Ube) and Jackfruit ( Langka).
