Chang is Thai for Elephant and the name and logo are instantly recognisable on bags of grain - a sign of quality. Chang's Peeled Split Mung Bean contains small, yellow mung beans, that are cultivated in Southeast Asia, and widely used in both sweet and savoury dishes in the region. Mung beans can be used in a variety of ways, for example they are a common ingredient in both congee dishes and in the preparation of mooncakes.
